Pepper Portrait Commission

Out of the blue, a longtime art collector and friend asked me to paint a portrait of their beloved family dog, Pepper—a surprise gift for his wife! This little Jack Russell is one of the sweetest pups you’ll ever meet, with incredibly expressive eyes that made her a joy to paint. Now that the big reveal has happened, I’m so excited to finally share the painting, her reaction, and the adorable model with all of you. It was truly a heartwarming experience!
